Matchvue Streaming Inc. Pricing Policy
Effective Date: 1st, June 2024
1. Monthly Subscription Plan
Price:
$24.99 CAD per month, plus 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Billing:
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month as the original subscription date. Payments will be automatically charged to the subscriber’s provided payment method.
Taxes:
A 5% GST will be applied to all subscription charges.
Refund Policy:
Matchvue Streaming Inc. does not offer refunds for any subscription payments. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.
Renewal:
The subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled by the subscriber.
Subscribers can cancel at any time, but the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation:
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings or by contacting Matchvue customer support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Yearly Subscription Plan
Price:
$249.99 CAD per year, plus 5% GST. The yearly plan is available upon request. Subscribers must email matchvue@gmail.com to receive the specialized and discounted yearly rate.
Billing:
Subscribers who opt for the yearly plan will be billed $249.99 CAD plus 5% GST upfront for the entire year.
Renewal:
The yearly subscription will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period. Subscribers will be notified before the renewal date and can cancel the renewal by contacting Matchvue customer support.
Cancellation:
Yearly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused months.
3. Service Inclusions
The subscription grants access to all live events broadcasted on Matchvue. Subscribers will also have access to all recorded matches. There is only one subscription plan which includes all services offered by Matchvue Streaming Inc.
4. Free Trials and Previews
Matchvue Streaming Inc. does not offer any free trials or previews.
All subscriptions are fully paid from the start date.
5. General Conditions
Rights Reserved:
All rights reserved by Matchvue Streaming Inc. The company reserves the right to modify the pricing, terms, and conditions of the subscription plans at any time.
Jurisdiction:
This pricing policy and any related terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia.
