Matchvue Streaming Inc. – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Matchvue Streaming Inc. (“Matchvue”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services—including our website, mobile app, and video streaming content—you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.


2. Subscription and Billing

2.1 Subscription Plans

Matchvue offers various subscription options. Details of current plans, including pricing and features, can be found on our Subscription Page or within the app.

2.2 Billing Cycle
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed on the same date each month from the original subscription date.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: Billed annually, in full, at the start of the subscription period.
2.3 Taxes

A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to all subscription payments, in accordance with applicable laws.

2.4 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple In-App Purchases). Matchvue does not store any payment details on its own servers.


3. Auto-Renewal Policy

All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly), unless canceled by the user at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

  • Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted access to premium content.
  • Your payment method will be charged the applicable rate for the upcoming period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings on the app store (iOS/Android) or through our website.

Important: Canceling auto-renewal will prevent future billing but will not refund the current active period.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime by:

  • Visiting your account settings, or
  • Contacting our support team at matchvue@gmail.com

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until that period ends.

4.2 Cancellation by Matchvue

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any subscription or account for violations of these Terms or other misuse of the service.


5. Content and Access

5.1 Access to Content

Subscribers are granted access to available live streams, recorded matches, and highlight reels. Content may vary or change at our discretion due to licensing or operational needs.

5.2 Usage Restrictions

The Matchvue service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your login credentials or distribute content without written permission.


6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users’ experience or the platform’s functionality

7. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. We implement standard security measures to safeguard user information.


8. Intellectual Property

All Matchvue content, trademarks, logos, and digital assets are the exclusive property of Matchvue Streaming Inc. or its partners. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal use only.


9. Limitation of Liability

Matchvue is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for their current subscription.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located within this jurisdiction.


12. Restore Purchases Policy

If you have previously purchased a subscription via the iOS App Store and reinstalled the app or switched devices, you can restore your active subscription by selecting “Restore Purchases” from within the app’s settings.

  • Restoring purchases will reactivate valid, non-expired subscriptions tied to your Apple ID.
  • This functionality is only available for iOS users who purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
  • Android users can manage subscriptions via their Google Play account or our website.
