Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to delivering a seamless and valuable experience through our app. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle purchases, refunds, and cancellations made via in-app purchases on both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) platforms.
1. In-App Purchases
All digital content and subscription plans offered in the app are processed through the respective app stores:
Apple App Store (iOS devices)
Google Play Store (Android devices)
As a result, we do not handle billing or payment processing directly.
2. Refunds
According to Apple and Google’s policies, all in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a refund is legally required or allowed by the platform.
If you believe a purchase was made in error or are experiencing a technical issue with a subscription or feature, you may request a refund directly through:

We recommend submitting refund requests as soon as possible for better resolution.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time using your device’s app store:
Apple Devices:
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions and manage your plan.
Android Devices:
Open the Google Play Store > Tap your profile > Payments & Subscriptions.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next period.
